Poor Design

For just about 15 years I used a Juice Factory 2000, and fell in love with its power and simplicity. That's why I find my new Omega somewhat disappointing. Although I'd heard it would be louder, I was unprepared for the noise I heard. However, the most disconcerting thing I've experienced is how large chunks, especially apple and citrus peels end up in the pulp collector.On the positive side, I have to note that I've found the pulp dryer with the Omega compared to my old Juice Factory.

I bought this product through harvest essentials. I got it on Saturday and used on Sunday , just once. The issue i have with harvest essential is that they don't want take an item back if it is opened.They told me it is against their policy. So basically what they want to convey is if u buy and open and use it and then found out you dont like it YOU KEEP IT. Amazing policy...Great customer service.
