I do like my cooler. The cold is freezing and the hot is boiling. Love that. Then the room temp is just right. Easy to use and load. Night light. I leave the hot and cold and light switch on, always. Don't know if that's bad for the unit. No leaks in the month I have had it. Only thing is that the hose rattles or vibrates against the water jug and it is loud and annoying. I padded it so it wouldn't be as loud. But everytime u press one of the buttons for water, it'll ratlle for as long after that you pressed it for.

I agree with the above customer. My Primo, also bought at Sam's continued to drip and I went through the same processes. Unfortunately, the wooden floor in my kitchen continues to have the scars from the leaking water. Very frustrating as this was not an inexpensive product.

Primos needs to fix their product!

Primos needs to fix the issue they have with spout dripping. I bought this model from sams club brought it home and it dripped from day one. Called Primos they told me to wait for 5 days and if it does not stop return it to sams. The gal told me that the valve may correct itself the more you use it. Did not make sense to me. NEVER STOPPED DRIPPING- So i returned it to Sams Club and got a new one, got it home and guess what....Same issue.I made another trip to sams and brought it back and got my money back...do yourself a favor don't waste your gas money!!!! This has to be a major issue-i read other reviews where customer had that same issue...I should have listened. Dont be like me..PRIMOS FIX YOUR PRODUCT!!!!i HOPE THIS HELPS YOU...I went out and bought a Polar bottom load from Menards-26.00 dollars more than Primo's. you may want to look at that one instead. Good luck!Gino
